What shipping options do you offer to the US? We provide the following shipping methods for customers in the United States:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package easily.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

How do I return or exchange an item? Log into your account, go to “Orders”, select the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Are there items that cannot be returned? For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and bodysuits (if the hygienic strip is removed) are non-returnable.

How do I choose the right size? We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Please measure your child according to the guide (height, chest, waist) for the best fit. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and longer wear.

What materials do you use? Our children’s clothing is made with soft cotton, breathable bamboo blends, and gentle fabrics that are kind to sensitive skin. Most items are machine-washable and designed for everyday play.

Is your clothing true to size? Yes, we use standard US kids sizing. However, different styles may fit differently, so we always recommend checking the size chart on each product page.
